CityLit Response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As we prepare for the upcoming CityLit Festival on Saturday, March 21st, CityLit Project and the Enoch Pratt Free Library are diligently tracking the news and updated information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Maryland.

While staying vigilant in bringing you our festival as planned, we remain committed to doing what’s necessary to keep people out of harm’s way. We are invested in practicing necessary safety measures to make this experience a meaningful and safe one for all involved. This includes doing what is possible to disinfect the venue, offering hand sanitizers throughout the festival site, encouraging people to wash hands thoroughly and often, requesting those who are sick to stay home, seating attendees at every other seat, along with making wipes available throughout the facility.

Your comfort and safety, as well as those of our staff, board members and volunteers, are of utmost importance to us.

Based on the information continuously made available to us - including from the task force Maryland’s Governor Hogan assembled of doctors and specialists at the forefront of this issue - we stand ready and prepared to change plans, and will communicate developments if the situation warrants this. We are assessing the situation daily.

Thank you for your patience and your cooperation during this time. Join us in monitoring these sources of health information:
